Social Impact

At Complete Learning Solutions, we like to make a difference in New Zealand and around the world. Every time you start a new project with us, through B1G1 we give 100 days of education support to KidsCan who support kiwi kids in need. And by giving other impacts through B1G1 at the same time, we also support charities around the world who work towards eliminating barriers to learning, such as the lack of learning resources, education support, and basic necessities such as food and water. All these charities contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (please scroll down for more information).

How we contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs)

The 17 SDGs (sometimes called ‘The Global Goals’) are a collection of independent but interconnected goals carefully designed to give all of us on our planet a better future, with hundreds of targets and measurement indicators geared toward a date of 2030. The goals were created with businesses in mind, providing a path – what some people refer to as a “Pathway for Humanity” — for any business to harness their power by directing their efforts toward specific global objectives.

The goals themselves to be simple and direct, but powerful, ranging from ending poverty to building sustainable cities. Any individual or business can find something on the diverse list of Sustainable Development Goals to work towards, and small and medium-sized businesses are uniquely positioned to make significant impacts on the SDG targets.
